My stay at Sole East Beach was largely enjoyable with its excellent location just steps from the beach, making it perfect for relaxation and local dining. However, I did experience some issues with the service during check-in and the cleanliness of the room, which detracted from my overall experience. The hotel has its positives, but the lack of attention to customer service remains a significant concern.

I recently had a wonderful 3-day stay in Montauk at this quaint hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, and the food was fantastic! The amenities were fabulous too, although a bit pricey. We loved spending time with our 15-month-old son and our dog, who enjoyed the fenced yard and pool area. While the room was a little small for us, we had a great mini-vacation overall, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

My stay at this hotel was quite frustrating overall. While the location is decent, the service left a lot to be desired. I found the room to be poorly cleaned and not very comfortable. The noisy atmosphere due to nearby parties made it hard to relax at all. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place, nor would I consider returning.
